Refer to this Namely Recommended guide as you post Appreciations to one another on your Company Newsfeed.

OVERVIEW

You can use the newsfeed to recognize one another's achievements and hard work by posting an appreciation! By default, everyone has access to create and view appreciation posts on the Company Newsfeed.

HOW TO POST AN APPRECIATION

  1. Click Appreciate.

  1. Tag the employee.

  2. Type your message.

  3. Click Share.

FEATURES

1. Post an appreciation to recognize an employee or a group of employees in the company.
2. Go to an employee's profile and click 
Appreciation to view an employee's appreciation history.
3. If you were assigned to write or manage an employee's performance review, you have the ability to expand the employee's talent card in order to view a history of any recorded appreciations for that employee. 

MANAGERS ONLY:

Run an Appreciation Report to view the history of all appreciations within the company. The report displays the employee that was appreciated, the date of the appreciation, and the employee who posted the appreciation. 

USE CASES

Utilize the appreciation posts to recognize each other and offer indirect feedback to your peers!

MANAGERS ONLY:

Refer to their employee's appreciations and incorporate them within their ongoing feedback or standard review cycle feedback.

HR ADMINS ONLY:

Offer company swag, gift cards, or prizes to further recognize employees by posting it to the Company Newsfeed to foster engagement from the company.
